Pippin is the story of a young prince seeking the secret to true happiness and fulfillment.  A company of traveling performers, led by the magnetic and provocative Leading Player, invites the audience to watch their telling of this tale of adventure, romance, betrayal, and magic as they encourage Pippin along his way.  When neither the glories of the battlefield, the pleasures of female companionship, nor the intrigues of political power prove satisfying, he is left to confront the possibility that what he is looking for might be waiting in the most unexpected of places.  Composer Stephen Schwartz (Wicked, Godspell, Children of Eden) penned the exciting score, which has become a modern musical theatre classic and includes the hit songs, “Corner of the Sky” and “Magic To Do.”
